Battery life was our main focus for this list, but we also gave consideration to a few other criteria.

Firstly, we eliminated all fitness bands (this post is for smartwatches alone and fitness bands will have a post of their own later). Next, we removed any smartwatch that couldn’t last up to 10 days with regular use thereby narrowing down our list to only 10 smartwatches.

Then, we removed smartwatches that lasted longer than 10 days but did not have robust fitness tracking abilities using metrics like continuous heart rate monitoring, water resistance, step counting, and individual exercise modes.

Withings Steel HR came out on top of our list with about 25 days of regular use, while Amazfit GTS rounded up our list with an admirable 10 days of regular use.
